STEP 2: CONSULTATION
Let’s set up a time to chat and make sure we're the perfect fit! We will discuss your vision, guest count, color palette, and ideal floral style.
STEP 3: PROPOSAL
I’ll create a custom proposal and sneak peek mood board tailored to your needs. The proposal will include an estimated quote based on everything we discussed during our consultation. The visual mood board serves as a representation of your color palette and aesthetic and will showcase examples of designs for your event.
STEP 4: RESERVE YOUR DATE
A contract and invoice is sent and completed and your wedding date is secured. Congratulations!! It’s official: you’re booked and we are thrilled to be one of your vendors.
STEP 5: FINALIZE
Here, we’ll continue to perfect your original proposal and make tweaks until we are both satisfied. We will set up a time to walk your venue, getting a good visual of what we have planned. All the tiniest details will be covered here.
We will have a check-in about six weeks before the wedding to chat about timelines, confirm the guest count, make any final adjustments, etc.
On the week of your wedding, we will solely concentrate on your big day. We only select and accept a limited amount of weddings a year so we can focus on giving you an outstanding custom design experience.
STEP 6: WEDDING DAY
The day has finally arrived! We are so happy that the two of you get to celebrate your love surrounded by your family and friends. Enjoy every moment of it and have your mind at ease. We will be on site making sure everything is on point and addressing any minor details that might come up, so you can have that memorable experience you deserve to have.
